My Process

  1. Call me at 920-200-8476. Receive a consultation within 3 days, guaranteed.

  2. I will come to you to discuss your kitchen ideas - including the look you’re going for, any changes you’d like to see, and finding any problem areas. I will not follow a script, have a long slide show, or put any pressure on you.

  3. Once you’ve decided to move forward, you sign an agreement and discuss financing options. I take 75% down to get supplies ordered.

  4. In 3-6 weeks, I will have sourced all your materials and will reach out to schedule the install time that works for your schedule.

  5. Installation will be completed in approximately 4 days.

  6. The additional 25% is paid once the work is complete and you are 100% satisfied.

Their Process

  1. Call the call center (800 number) to set up an appointment. They’ll typically tell you both spouses need to be present and appointments will last 2-3 hours.

  2. A commission-paid sales representative will come to you and present their options through a 2-3 hour slideshow presentation and encourage you to make a decision on the spot.

  3. Once you’ve decided to move forward, you sign an agreement and are typically asked to cover 99-100% upfront.

  4. In 2-3 months, the production department will call to schedule the install.

  5. Installation will be completed in approximately 4-5 days.

  6. The job was paid in full, so if there are any problems or delays, you will need to call the customer service line.
